My spare double bedroom is fairly spacious, very comfy, & within easy reach of several amenities. It is also within walking distance of the town centre, but has a bus stop close by. I have a very friendly Husky x Collie dog Called Hugo. The property is located in the sought after area of Newport in Barnstaple, and situated on a quiet ‘no through street’ with free, on-street parking. And I am more than happy to move my car to accommodate your vehicle, should that be helpful when you visit.
