Single guest room with shared bathroom in a beautiful mansion built in the early 1900s. A place full of character and history, in a quiet, safe and family atmosphere. We are located two blocks from the Chorrillos metro in Viña del Mar and 1.7 km from the Viña del Mar bus terminal, in a quiet and residential neighborhood. The space The guest room has a single bed, located on the third floor, overlooking the gardens. The mansion was built in the early 1900s, the work of the architects of the firm Fred K. Sage & Co., created in London in 1860. With branches in Paris, Brussels and Buenos Aires, it had its headquarters in Chile on Calle Prat in Valparaíso. The firm of architects and engineers was responsible for the most emblematic buildings in the area, among which the Schwager building stands out, next to the Bolsa de Corredores; the Grace building, today occupied by the Sudamericana de Vapores, and the Banco Londres, currently Santander Santiago, considered the most spectacular building in the financial sector of Valparaíso.
