The Airone Cenerino Apartment is located in the municipality of Canzo, in the province of Como, in the heart of the Larian Triangle. Large and bright apartment, recently renovated, offers 2 bedrooms, a large living room with 2 sofa beds, modern bathroom and a kitchen. Featuring a large balcony overlooking the condominium garden. Free private parking. Perfect location for those who want to visit Lake Como. Very close to the train and bus station. Guest access Second floor without an elevator 1 free parking space is available, additional parking spaces are available for a fee and upon request. Free parking is available outside the property. Other things to note We are on the second floor with no elevator. We don't have a dishwasher or washing machine We don't have air conditioning, we only have portable fans. CLEANING INFORMATION: The apartment is provided with towels and bed linens. Towel change is free after the 3rd day. Linens are changed free of charge after the 6th day. There is no cleaning service during your stay. The apartment is completely sanitized at the end of each stay. Extra cleaning/sheets/towels during your stay are available for a fee. CHOICE OF ROOM/BEDS In order to better organize your stay, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance of any accommodation preferences (double bed/room with 2 separate single beds/separate rooms). A small crib is available upon request for a fee of €10/night to be paid in cash at the property (we do not have a card machine) CHECK IN Check-in is from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. you can check in at no additional cost but upon request. From 10:00 p.m. to midnight, you can check in for an additional fee of 25 euros and upon request From midnight onwards, you can check in for an additional fee of 50 euros and upon request.
