Relax with the whole family in this charming old home, with swings on the front porch and an overgrown English cottage garden in back. Less than ten minutes from Hillsdale College with a fully equipped kitchen, this makes a great home base for college families. When we travel, we enjoy places with character, and we have maintained the character of this old fashioned family home. The space This space speaks of old fashioned family comfort with a warm peaceful feel. Guest access You have the entire 4-bedroom house and the extensive slightly overgrown English garden in the back. This was the home of Walt and Jean Rupp for their 70 years of married life. Walt meticulously maintained it and Jean's pride and joy was her English garden. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor off the dining room. This was Jean's sewing room, but she also used it as a bedroom in her elderly years. Other things to note This house is on a busy street with traffic noise, so if that bothers you, try one of my quieter Airbnbs such as The Rupp House or Bluebird Trails. I have added sound absorbing blinds as well as have fans available for white noise.
