The space The apartment has: - 1 en-suite with a double bed, closet and air-conditioning. - 1 bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds + 1 single mattress. - 1 social bathroom - Living room with retractable sofa, TV with cable channels, air-conditioning and a dining table. - Wi-Fi - Gourmet balcony, (no built-in barbecue). -1 parking space - Kitchen equipped with 4-burner stove, refrigerator, electric barbecue, sandwich maker, electric fryer, microwave, electric kettle, water filter, pots, glasses, cutlery, plates, pans, electric oven (small), WE DO NOT HAVE A BUILT-IN OVEN. - We make available in the apartment a broom, squeegee, floor cloth, dish cloths, 1 clothesline for use while staying, but the cleaning products to be used during the stay are the responsibility of the guest. - WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING AND TOWELS. Guest access The entire leisure area of the Condomínio Clube is at your disposal (EXCEPT THE GYM). - Children's pool - Adult pool - Biribol Pool - Playground - Hiking trail - Multisport court - Playroom Other things to note - On Mondays, the pool will be closed for maintenance. - A few days before the reservation, we'll send a message to the guest confirming the reservation dates, check-in and check-out times. - We always ask for the names of the guests, ID and vehicle license plate to access the condominium. Upon arrival, we ask you to park the car on the street, confirm the information at the entrance, and then access the condominium, so as not to obstruct the entrance of residents.
