Back door alley entrance opens to this room. Main room (lower level): Soda, 2 accent chairs, smart TV with Amazon, Netflix and Hulu, and dining room table make for comfy nights of entertainment. Remodeled kitchen (lower level): includes all major appliances and amenities to cook most any meal you could want. Outdoors: Front porch is shared between both units. The yard is not fenced, so please keep pets on leash. They are great neighbors, and we ask that you also respect them by trying to keep noise to a minimum at night, no parties!
