Come to enjoy in Rush Ky , Two miles from Rush of Road Park on the Same road. Our guest will have enough parking for a Truck , Trailer and Atvs , drive around the neighborhood is safe and relax. We include all the amenities with a Full kitchen with all you need ready to cook with what you need , full bathroom amenities , all linen , wifi , smart Tv. !Just bring your bags . Plenty of space to park your ATVs and trailers , safe environment. 15 miles from Ashland The space This is Trailer home with 740 square feet that can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children or 5 grown adults Enough parking for a truck and trailer and ATVs . Safe environment. We have two bedrooms The Main bedroom with a queen size bed with a closet , a nigh table , a dresser , and a 43 inch Ruko smart TV The second bedroom with a full size bed with a closet In the leaving room we have a 50 inch Smart Ruko TV with Netflix , Disney Plus and Ruko and more There are two sofa beds, one full size and one twin size , linen could be provided to the sofas with request The kitchen is equipped with everything you need : All utensils for 5 People, dinning plates , coffee cups , glasses , and mugs Cooking ware, puts , pans , blender, a toaster Family size Crockpot , Full size microwave, a Full size stove with 4 burner and a Full size oven We include for our guest also Cooking Essentials : Salt and Pepper , Cooking Oil , and some seasoning Enjoyed Coffee on us with a Keurig Coffee Machine with complementary coffee and tea The outside space is specious , there is a picnic table and a charcal barbecue in the back yard but the charcoal is not provided . We also have a front porch to relax and enjoy the quiet live of Rush Kentucky We have a front porch to relax and enjoy the quiet rural life of the Appalachian Region. You can walk around the property safely we have about 2 acres of flat land with a creek in the back, you could go into the creek area with caution when is not raining or where is not raining , this creek will rise high with a strong current very fast . It is also safe to walk on the street or around but mindful of traffic !!!!! If there is anything else you might need please send me a request , We will more than glad to accommodate you !!! Guest access All the Guest have access to the back yard and to stand and seat by the creek and the open car garage , Guest should not park in the grass only in the gravel, Guest can go to the creek area but be carefully and aware of danger from this creek that if it rains or snow could become lethal with a strong current and depth Other things to note The property has a creekin the back , please be aware not to jump in it or go insidemust is the time os very low but if it rains it could be dangerous
