La Rosa e la Spina - Relaxing Holiday House

"La Rosa e la Spina" is an independent small villa with private garden, rustic, welcoming and away from traffic. The house is located about 300m walk from the seafront, the center and the beach of Dervio where you will find a bar for drinking/eating, swimming and water sports. Free parking is available nearby thanks to our free parking card. The space The house is organized on 2 levels. at the entrance there is a private garden where you can spend pleasant moments; on the ground floor we have a kitchen equipped with all accessories and appliances, a living room with decorative fireplace and exposed beams; on the intermediate floor there is a bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor we have the sleeping area consisting of two large bedrooms (one of which has a fireplace and exposed beams) with 3 beds per room (a double bed and a single bed). The various levels are connected by an internal staircase. Guest access Within 400 meters you can reach supermarkets, tobacconists, bars, pizzerias etc. In the area it is possible to rent motor and sailing boats for beautiful excursions on Lake Como. Within walking distance there are several sailing schools with a wide range of courses such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing etc. Everything is within walking distance. Other things to note "La Rosa e la Spina" will provide guests with: - 1 set of towels for each guest - 1 set of bed linen There will also be a wifi network available, an Alexa to listen to music and a fire stick TV in the living room and in the second bedroom to watch films or TV series using your own accounts.
