Welcome to the Concord Cottage. A remodeled farmhouse on our 800 acre multigenerational family farm. This home features heated bathroom floors and a new master suite. Dish TV, internet, Rokus, Side Kicks, and hot tub. Meet your RV friends in the middle of the State in WA Wine Country. For a fee, RV power, water, and black water available. Electric car charger available. Parking available for RVs, boats, and trailers. 14 miles of paved bike path across the street. The space The Concord Cottage has been taken down to the studs and reconfigured to make a welcoming home that offers a corner for everyone to enjoy. This single level original farmhouse is located on our multigenerational, working farm. Our farm grows cherries, pears and juice grapes for Welch’s grape juice. Conveniently located off of the freeway, the Concord Cottage offers city services and conveniences to restaurants and stores, while also offering a country setting. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the new deck and watch the tractors fire up as the crew clocks in and heads to work. This home is located next to our main shop. Tractors, harvesters, and trucks are a constant in this area. While there is noise outside, it cannot be heard from inside the home. This home is located on the farm but is separate from the hustle and bustle. A new vineyard has been planted to help create even more privacy. It connects to the existing vineyard and our grapes surround the home on 3 sides. When you walk into this home you will immediately notice the inviting living room. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a puzzle or board game. There is a small electric fireplace under the large tv and a large white electric reclining sectional, great for watching movies with the whole family. The primary bedroom is a king suite with a walk in shower. The bathroom offers a double vanity, heated floors, and under mount cabinet lighting. There is a great work or makeup desk in this room. The desk has a mirror, along with lots of plugs for charging laptops or curling irons. Black out, top down / bottom up window blinds are in all bedrooms. The second bedroom also offers a king and a very large closet. This room also features black out, top down / bottom up window blinds. The third bedroom offers a full size bed with a twin trundle under it. This is a smaller bedroom but would still be fine for several children or 1 adult. This room also features Black out, top down / bottom up window blinds. The second bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, heated floors, and under mount cabinetry lighting in the vanity. (Great for night lights) The open concept kitchen and dinning room has been reconfigured to make the kitchen a more useable space that provides lots of seating. This would be the perfect room to enjoy a game on the tv, play cards on the dining room table, and eating and drinking some wine with friends and family. The outdoor space - A new large trex deck is just off on the side of the home (next to the dining room and kitchen). A 6 person outdoor table and small George Forman grill are available for your use. Grass was planted the fall of 2022 creating a front, sides, and back yard. A 6 person hot tub has been added to the back of the home for a private oasis. Another feature the Concord Cottage offers is RV hook ups. Bring any size travel trailer, RV, or Bus and meet your friends in the middle of the State. We have the room for all of your toys plus power, water and black water hook ups. Do you have an electric car? Great. The Concord Cottage also offers an electric car charger. This home is directly off the freeway (approximately 1/2 mile from the freeway entrance/exit) but secluded in a private setting.
