Located 200 feet from the sand at Crescent Beach. Apartment Suite # 3 is located on the 2nd floor. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed. A full kitchenette has a stove and oven and is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and utensils. Our 2nd story deck allows views of the sunrise and sunset each day and has space for outside dining. There are 2 motel rooms below this unit. The space 2 bedroom apartment suite with 2 queen beds. Unit has full kitchen and all utensils and pots and pans included. We are located 175 feet from Crescent Beach in Wells, Maine. All units come with cable, wifi, and keurig coffee maker included. There are 2 motel rooms located below this unit. We enforce a strict 9 pm - 9 am quiet hours. Guest maximum is 4 guests. Infants need to be entered as Children. No kids under 12 years old allowed due to the height of the deck. No Pets, No Parties, No smoking in rooms or on porches/decks. Quiet Hours 9 pm - 9 am Guest access You will have access to your own private entrance and privately keyed 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. Other things to note No kids under 12 are allowed in this unit due to the height of the porch/deck area. This unit is fire coded for 4 people. Anything over 4 and the reservation will be canceled with no refund. Infants count as children at our property and need to be entered in that way.
