MAISONETTE CONCEPT RESIDENCE Our facility's close proximity to the consulates, banks, shopping area and restaurants makes it very convenient and desirable for locals, expatriate managers and tourists. Our flats are equipped with television, wifi, 24 hour security, refrigerator, washing machine and optimal kitchen utensils. Our facility is fully suitable for both short term and long term accommodation. Other things to note RULES TO BE FOLLOWED / HOUSE RULES • All guests checking into the apartment are required to present their Turkish ID card (for Turkish citizens) or their passport (for foreign nationals) to the reception. • All guests checking in are required to present their national ID card (for Turkish citizens) or their passport (for foreign nationals) to the reception upon arrival. • Important Note: In order to provide a safe and peaceful accommodation environment, guests you invite via the internet or digital platforms for a fee are absolutely not accepted to the facility. • Important Note: In order to ensure a safe and peaceful environment, third parties or paid visitors invited through the internet or digital platforms are strictly prohibited from entering the premises. • Guests under 18 years of age are not allowed to stay alone at our facility. • Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay without an adult. • Check-in time for guests is 1:00 pm and later. • Check-in time is from 1:00 PM onward. • Check-out time for guests is no later than 11:00 am. • Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. • Guests are responsible for the careful use of all fixtures and items within the apartment. • Guests are responsible for using all furniture, appliances, and fixtures inside the apartment with care. • All guests are obliged to comply with the general rules of morality and etiquette within the building. • All guests are required to respect the general code of conduct and community living standards within the building. • It is forbidden to make noise, listen to loud music, or watch TV in a way that disturbs other guests in the building and apartments. • Making noise, playing loud music, or watching TV at a volume that disturbs other guests is prohibited throughout the building and inside the apartments. • Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. • Quiet hours are strictly observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • Within the boundaries of the building, all responsibility for children belongs to their parents. Children are not allowed to roam the building and spend time on the balcony without parental supervision. • Parents bear full responsibility for their children within the building's boundaries. Children are not allowed to wander in the hallways or spend time on the balconies without parental supervision. • Guests are responsible for all their personal belongings. • Guests are solely responsible for all of their personal belongings. • Our establishment accepts no liability for accidents and injuries that may occur beyond the control of the building and management. • Our establishment accepts no liability for accidents or injuries that occur outside the control of the building management.
