Note: Before booking, consider that there may be noise from children, pets, or neighbors from other apartments. Guest access You may not stay in the building's common areas, and you are forbidden from going up to the roof. The apartment door must remain closed at all times, and avoid making excessive noise. No parties or gatherings are allowed. Our space is thoroughly washed and disinfected between each reservation so you can rest assured that you will arrive at a place completely free of viruses and bacteria. Other things to note If you are booking for a third party, whether a friend or family member, you must request it before confirming your stay. We reserve the right not to accept anyone other than the Airbnb account holder. The description indicates the apartment's equipment and we do not have more furnishings, but in the area you can buy an endless number of basic goods. If you require a coffee maker, you must ask the host for it upon arrival and make good use of it (only for making coffee). Extras and Additional Costs: For long stays (longer than two weeks), the guest must consider an additional weekly payment of 200 Mexican pesos in mandatory cash for cleaning, which includes changing clean towels and sheets, and partial cleaning. It is a private space. When you book it, only you and your companion will occupy it. The cost per night only includes two people and the use of only the double bed, and if you need to add a third or fourth guest the price increases $200 Mexican pesos per person per night, you can add them in your reservation or pay it upon arrival in cash, this price includes the placement of a mat on the floor and extra bed linen and towel. Regarding check-in, if the apartment is available and we have it ready, we can receive you before the scheduled time. We will agree on this one day before your arrival. If it's occupied, the check-in time must be respected, which is after 4 pm. Luggage Storage Service: If you need to leave luggage before or after your stay, we can receive it from 9 am to 8 pm. This service costs 100 MXN per day for a large suitcase or two small ones. Our staff's departure time is 8 pm, which is why it is the arrival deadline. Making duplicates of the keys is strictly forbidden. If you do so, you must pay for the replacement of the lock without exception. We do not have a concierge, so the hours of operation are only from 9 am to 8 pm. Any request after these hours must cover the cost of transportation for our employee, as appropriate.
