Welcome to our 2 BR condo on the intracoastal with a community pool steps from your back patio. Beach access is .2 miles away. Sit on one of the two balconies and watch the sunset as dolphins swim by. Grab a fishing pole and enjoy the beautiful community dock. Recently updated, this home is fully stocked and meticulously cared for. Your stay can be full of R&R or as busy as you like. The best of both worlds in this quiet community that is near restaurants and Historic downtown St. Augustine. Additional Information: There is an additional pullout couch downstairs. This couch is NOT included in the bed count. However, it is there and could potentially be suitable depending on your level of comfort. If a guest was utilizing the downstairs pullout couch, 6 guests could be accommodated as opposed to the listings stated 5 guests. Upon your arrival, we will include a couple of key necessities to get your stay started (a couple trash bags, dish washer pods, etc). There is shampoo and soap provided, as well as indoor and outdoor towels. There are two beach chairs located in the laundry room. The laundry room key can be found in the pantry. The laundry room is a private part of the condo and is located to the right of the front patio. Please keep the front patio exterior door closed so it is not blown shut by the wind. Guests will be sent a code to enter on the day of check in. This code will open and lock the front door. Your host will not need to meet you for your check in. We are available to respond to you during your stay via this platform. We are not residing on the premises. We also have a property manager should the need arise. Please Note: The walkway to the beach is very close but there are stairs to access the beach. Other things you should know about the St. Augustine area. The downtown area is lovely, easy to drive or Uber down US1. The live music scene over the weekend is awesome. There are also spots that are very close to the condo to eat and enjoy some relaxing time in the sun, by the water, etc. Check the St. Augustine amphitheater for some really cool shows and also, come and visit during the Holiday lights in November-January.
