The latter also has a height-adjustable working desk. If parking is needed, a private parking space in the garage can be arranged at an extra cost. If you would like to go for a swim in the canal, you can do this by taking the ladder directly from the balcony to the water or going to the public harbor swimming area just a few minute's walk from the apartment.
