What we love about this condo -Spacious two stories! -Pet friendly -Gas fireplace -Large, bright windows -Sleeps 4 -Access to Snowater resort amenities With a 2-story great room, and a wall of windows facing South, this light filled townhome is the perfect respite for time spent in the mountains.  The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway.  The top floor is home to the master suite with a full bathroom and king size bed.  The master suite is loft style with a large window open to below.  The full kitchen is open to the great room so you can prepare a meal while staying connected with guests in the living room.  With an efficient floor plan, this cozy pet friendly condo also has a gas fireplace, balcony and laundry room. Located along the Nooksack River and at the border to the Mt Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, the options are unlimited for your next adventure.  Snowater has 2 club houses available for guests to enjoy that includes 2 heated indoor pools with Jacuzzi hot tubs, a Cedar Sauna, Workout Room, Children's Playroom, Billiards and Ping Pong, Squash and Raquetball courts, basketball and Tennis courts, Playground, covered propane BBQ picnic area, and an outdoor gas fire pit. *Snowater Resort has four EV chargers available for owners and guests. This is offered for a $10/per charge fee. Please arrange use of the charger with the Snowater Resort office. *Please be advised that the Snowater Community does not allow for Air Conditioners to be installed in units, therefor A/C is not available in this rental. * We provide a pack-n-play and highchair only upon reques Pet Policy: DOGS only  permitted (no cats or other pets) maximum 2. $35 per pet/per night Guest access Guests have access to the whole condo and the Snowater Resort's amenities and grounds. After a full day of skiing or exploring the trails, unwind with a soak in the hot tub or take a dip in one of the two heated indoor pools. Guests can also enjoy the resort’s tennis courts, pool table, sauna, fitness center, squash courts, adult lounge, outdoor BBQ areas, and nearby walking paths.
