Gathering Oaks Retreat is a serene and secluded venue located on 30 acres just outside of Waco, TX. With a variety of onsite lodging, it is the perfect place for your friends and family to gather and stay during your wedding weekend. Enjoy the simplicity of having everything and everyone you love in one place with space for the rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, ceremony, reception, Sunday brunch, and overnight accommodations at Gathering Oaks Retreat! Full buyout required to host a wedding. The space Two Night Wedding Weekend with Lodging for 50 guests. -$1000 resort/event fee: Includes event fee for private use of all outdoor event spaces, guest parking, party room with public bathroom, two outdoor bathroom trailers, 50 white garden chairs, and tables for 50 guests (no linens). -Two nights of lodging are included and required. 20 private bedrooms/bathrooms for up to 50 guests. -Additional nights can be added on for a discounted rate of $4,000/night. Additional nights in The Gathering House and suites can be added on individually within a one-month window from check-in, subject to availability. -Check-in at 4 pm Friday and extended late check-out at noon on Sunday. -Choice of outdoor ceremony and reception location: Lawn, Turf, Pavilion, Oak Grove or Sport Court, with prime location for a tent. -Activities onsite: large turf grass area, yard games, putting green, and fire pit. Seasonal access to the pool and/or hot tub. -Additional $700 cleaning fee and 8% hotel tax required -We can accommodate outdoor weddings up to 150 guests. There is a fee for additional guests after the first 50 included in the listing. -If more than 55 guests, then a Licensed caterer required. BYOB with TABC certified bartender required if serving alcohol. Security guards required and hired by Gathering Oaks 1-2 guards at $50/hr per guard. Security Fee for guards is required two weeks before the wedding.
