Conveniently located in the center of Los Angeles, this place is perfect for travel buddies who want to visit Los Angeles or go to Universal Studios and Disney. The space is located in a quiet neighborhood area inside a cul-de-sac. It's conveniently located between the 91, 110, 710, and 105 freeways. PLEASE NOTE: This listing will share bathroom with one other listing. The space BEDROOM The bedroom has two twin XL mattresses that fit adults, topped with memory foam for cool sleep & pressure relief with a motion isolating feature. The feel of these beds is medium soft. The 80" length of the bed should be plenty for children, but can also comfortably accommodate an adult. It is paired with a fluffy goose feather-down comforter. To complete your sleeping experience, down-alternative pillows, and blue cooling gel-infused memory foam pillows are provided. The bedroom will have a key for privacy and security. BATHROOM [Shared with one other listing] A bathroom with a toilet and shower is available for you. Might be shared with one other guest. LIVING ROOM [Shared with Host] At the heart of the house, our guests can enjoy and relax by watching Netflix, Amazon Prime, DVD, or YouTube through our 55" HD big-screen TV. A Nintendo Switch is offered for playing games with your travel companion. DINING ROOM [Shared with Host] The dining room can seat up to 4 people. Made from solid American walnut, the dining table is a table made to last through boisterous dinner parties, family game nights, and solo meals of PB&J. To help maintain the walnut table for years to come, we kindly ask our guests to use the table mats and coasters for food and drinks. BACKYARD [Shared with Host] The backyard is perfect for a relaxing time. It's also a perfect place to have breakfast/lunch by the eucalyptus hardwood outdoor dining table. Or, take a seat for a coffee break over at the high table by the grass. Grab a seat on the comfy patio wicker chairs. Ottoman is available for additional seating, or for putting refreshments/snacks on top of the tray. At night, turn on the string lights and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. To prevent dust, we have covered the outdoor furniture. It will be removed prior to your arrival. NOTE: it's mostly a quiet neighborhood, but sometimes our neighbors would host backyard parties. I will try my best to inform you in advance if that is the case. KITCHEN [Shared with Host] The kitchen is filled with utensils, bowls, plates, glasses, and all of the basic necessities to cook a meal. Instant pot, blender, and mini food processor are also available. A coffee grinder is also available to make your morning a fresh cup of coffee. French press for multiple cups and a water boiler are also available. Filtered water is available next to the kitchen sink. Guest access Guests will be able to access the listed bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and backyard. They will not be allowed to access the garage, other bedrooms, and storage room (it will be locked and marked). Other things to note PARKING SPACE Either one parking space in the driveway, or street parking will be available. REMOVE FOOTWEAR We kindly ask that you remove your shoes or sandals when you are in the house. You can store your shoes or sandals in the closet next to the entrance door. WATER FILTER The whole house is filtered through Signature Elite water treatment and water softener. It will get rid of 99% of contaminants in your water, minimize iron stains, and treats water hardness. Enjoy our delicious filtered water through the water spout next to the kitchen sink. Most people are not familiar with the sleek feeling of soft water, it may feel like the soap is not completely washed off, but once you dry off, you will feel the smoothness. UNAUTHORIZED GUEST OVERNIGHT STAYS We limit the number of allowed guest in this reservation to only ONE person. This is done to ensure that the house doesn’t get too crowded. SMART LIGHTS Our lights are controlled through a smart home system, called Alexa. You can switch on and off the lights through a voice command. Please find the command card on the tables and have fun with Alexa. Please do not turn on and off the lights manually through the switches. NOISE Our neighbor recently has gotten new puppies, you might be able to hear barking at different times throughout the day. For the most part, you should not hear anything inside the house. Once or twice a year one of our neighbors would host a big yard party. If I see any signs of it, I will let you know as far in advance as possible.
