Galleria Z-We designed this home to be a tranquil and relaxing getaway from the fast pace modern day. The home is naturally lit showcasing the rhythmic beauty of the trees surrounding it. Including an expansive living room/kitchen/dining & office area, this space is perfect for work, reading, unwinding, or going out to Choctaw Casino only 2 mi away! This space is part of a 2-unit property, with NO shared spaces, but please be courteous of the other unit. This is our masterpiece, enjoy. The space Most of the space including the master suite, kitchen, dining/office & living room are upstairs creating an industrial loft vibe that is surrounded by large windows allowing for a visually relaxing atmosphere. The master suite comprises of large bedroom with King sized bed, large smart TV, and a couple of very comfy lounge chairs. You then flow through the walk in closet and into the master bathroom, greeting you is a 2 person soaking bath tub and stone walk in shower over looking the creek from a tree top view. The guest room, which is downstairs, has a queen bed, work desk, and it's own bathroom in the laundry area . The guest room also has a Tv on the wall with a Firestick for your use. The laundry room is stocked with what you need to quickly wash/dry your clothing! Guest access You will have access to a spacious living room, dining table, office desk, huge kitchen, master bedroom/bathroom, a guest room, guest bathroom and laundry room. There is a 400 square foot partially covered deck featuring repurposed blue glass that creates quite the cinematic outdoor experience. A BBQ grill is on the porch as well. With propane, or you can buy charcoal and grill as you wish. The garage is our personal space, where we may access from time to time. The shop behind the house is my father's please do not go there. Please stay on the side of the gravel road the house is on. Do not walk up behind the dispensary building. We love our bamboo floors, please try and help us take care of them! The main thing is to please wipe up any water as soon as you can. Quiet time after 10pm, we often have professionals/workers staying more long term in the studio downstairs. If you have a question of how to use any of our appliances, don't hesitate to reach out! There is a blue dumpster outside the gate near the other metal building close to the highway, you are welcome to throw trash in there if need be.
