Galleria Z-We designed this home to be a tranquil and relaxing getaway from the fast pace modern day. The home is naturally lit showcasing the rhythmic beauty of the trees surrounding it. Including an expansive living room/kitchen/dining & office area, w/ 4 beds, this space is perfect for work, reading, unwinding, or going out to Choctaw Casino only 2 mi away! This space is part of a 2-unit property, with NO shared spaces, but please be courteous of other unit. This is our masterpiece, enjoy. Most of the space including the master suite, kitchen, dining/office & living room are upstairs creating an industrial loft vibe that is surrounded by large windows allowing for a visually relaxing atmosphere. The master suite comprises of large bedroom with King sized bed, large smart TV, and a couple of very comfy lounge chairs. You then flow through the walk in closet and into the master bathroom, greeting you is a 2 person soaking bath tub and stone walk in shower over looking the creek from a tree top view. The guest room, which is downstairs, has it's own bathroom and both a queen bed and twin bed w/ trundle option. The guest room also has a Tv on the wall with a Firestick for your use.The laundry room is stocked with what you need to quickly wash/dry your clothing! You will have access to a spacious living room, dining table, office desk, huge kitchen, master bedroom/bathroom, a guest room, guest bathroom and laundry room. There is a 400 square foot partially covered deck featuring repurposed blue glass that creates quite the cinematic outdoor experience. We live in an attached studio & garage but do not share any entries/exits or common spaces with main home. Our dog Zio does roam and protect the property, she is very friendly. But if you do not want her around or underfoot please tell her NO!! She will listen. We are at work most of the time, but are occasionally around on the land. We built our house on 3rd generation family land. My parents' house where I grew up is a a good amount of trees & a few acres away. Same for my cousin. Safe property all around. My father has a car garage 50 yards away from the house. Please don't go into or around his shop unless you meet him of course! There is a good chance you'll see him pulling cars in or out and if you want to see them he's always happy to show you around! You will probably see her walking around at some point. She speaks human so if she's bothering you, tell her NO and she will go away. She's very friendly but will give you space if you do not like dogs.
