Easy access to the pool and Poolhouse through a small gate. The accommodation includes: - High-performance Daikin reversible air conditioning. - A fully equipped kitchen: Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, electric oven and microwave. 2 coffee machines (traditional and Senseo). Cleaning products included. - the living room includes: a sofa, 2 living room poufs, coffee table, Sony TV, Satellite TV with foreign channels (English, German, Spanish, Italian etc.), USB C sockets Large closet with hangers for clothes, ironing board and iron, fans. - the bedroom includes: 1 bed 140 x 190, bed sheets and blankets included, 1 large closet, 2 bedside tables with lamps, USBC sockets, mosquito net - the bathroom: 1 bathroom cabinet, towels provided, shower, toilet, and vanity with mirror, hair dryer, electric towel dryer, stool. - laundry room: 10.5 kg LG washing machine, wall-mounted clothes rack, fire extinguisher, handheld vacuum cleaner, vacuum cleaner, first aid kit, additional dining area with tables and chairs garden furniture: tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deckchairs with cushions grill area with "Le Marquier" electric grill, outdoor clothes rack - private pool house: furniture, changing room, clotheslines, 2 deckchairs + cushions, closet - private parking: washing area, vacuum cleaner, compressor….. -the pool: private when you use it (10 x 5 x 1.70 m max with stairs) unheated available from 9 am to 8 pm: from May to the end of September (October, weather permitting) shower and toilet. -Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, bath seat...
