A South Warrnambool Beauty. Relax with your family and friends at this peaceful place in one of the closest spots to the main beach and a 15mn walk into the CBD. This lovely 1930's cottage provides 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 with 2 bunk beds) and a portacot is available onsite. The light and bright kitchen boasts peaceful views overlooking a large garden, pergola and space to relax. The beach, lake Pertobe, train station and an array of sporting and recreation facilities are all within a stroll. The space There is a trampoline, a pool table, a game of petanque and Finska, beach toys, books, board games, canoes and camping chairs to sit by the fire pit in the backyard. Wood is provided in the garage. To walk to Breakwater or Late Pertobe, simply turn right as you come out of the house and follow the footpath. You can always cut across behind the tennis courts if you fancy a shortcut! Pets are welcome (a maximum of 2 per stay) but please be aware a pet cleaning fee will apply when you add your pet(s) to the booking request. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. All linen is included apart from the cot and portacot bedsheet so please remember to bring your own. Please do not use the indoor fireplace as it doesn't work and needs to be replaced.
