Lucy’s Patch is a kiwi bach style house with everything to make your stay comfortable. There is a lovely sunny deck with outdoor furniture to take in the views. It's a great spot in the winter when there is snow for the kids to play in. Lucy's Patch has a large open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. The house is easily warmed by an efficient log burner and heat transfer system. The space The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen and 1 twin to sleep 6. There is a large open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. The house is easily warmed by a very efficient log burner and heat transfer system, plus electric bedroom heaters in the winter. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob and microwave plus all the other kitchen essentials you may need. There is a flat screen TV, DVD & CD player plus free wifi. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, heated towel rail and heater with a separate toilet. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Other things to note Linen, towels and cleaning is included in the nightly rate, for the booked number of guests. To ensure that we provide the correct linen please include the total number of guests when booking, including children. We ask that you are mindful about your bed choice when staying, as additional costs will be charged for beds used in excess of the number of guests booked. Infants under 2 years are welcome and are free in a port-a-cot (also available for hire @ $10/stay - please request). For stays less than 5 nights your accommodation is un-serviced, therefore all supplies & linen initially provided are for the duration of your stay. Extra supplies can be purchased at the local supermarket.
