Lower Manhattan/Tribeca area. 1 couple/2 friends w/child. Small landmark bldg. 2nd floor, 1 flight up(no elevator).Living/dining +2 separate sleeping areas: 1 queen bed in 1 area. 2nd smaller sleeping area w/ bunk-bed unit. 2 areas separated from each other by 8' solid construction wall (ceilings are 12'8') and from living area by sliding fabric room dividers(not doors). ‘Self catering apt’ w/nice kitchen+bath. Good for vacation/live work. Some specifics about yourself please. No Pets/parties. The space Top Tribeca location in lively downtown area,. Easy access to most Manhattan destinations, w/convenient shopping and nearby 4* dining. We do not have maid service, as apt is ‘self catering ‘,with 1 queen bed in 1 sleeping area and in another separate sleeping area there is a bunkbed unit adjacent to living/seating area. Works well as vacation or live/work for 1 couple or 2 friends or with 1 younger child over 5. Apt is prepared/cleaned before arrival and after departure. Guests provided with a complete set of linens/towels, as we do have a private guest laundry. Paper products/soap and many extras provided for a month. If the calendar is booked we may have other options on the Airbnb site. Note: We mail keys/access info to the address you give us for a contactless self check in, so you are not locked into an arrival appt with us, so please make sure we have your address. Guest access The entire ‘self catering space is for our guests. Subways, Uber & taxis right nearby. Street parking all day on weekends or after 7PM weekdays, with parking lots and 24 hr garages right nearby. Keys are mailed to the address you provide, so you can do a contactless self check in after 3PM Other things to note Please tell us before booking some details about you and your visit. We do not accommodate minors or teens traveling alone. We do not allow extra guests staying in apt that were added after initial booking. As we have severe allergies to animals we cannot accommodate any pets. We will need a cell and email for you after reserving dates. Please do not unplug any connections by computer desk. as this is a shared system and you could disconnect your internet or ours.
