Guest access Access to the apartment Check-in is simple and self-guided. One day before your arrival you will receive a message with all the instructions needed to access the building and the apartment. Upon arrival, you will only need to present the guests’ passports or ID at the building reception to complete the security registration. ⸻ During your stay you will have access to Apartment • Exclusive use of the entire apartment • All the amenities of the accommodation • Private parking inside the building ⸻ Building amenities The Morros Eco building offers resort-style facilities for you to enjoy during your stay: • adult swimming pools • children’s pool • swimming lane • jacuzzis • Turkish bath (steam room) • gym Some amenities may require a prior reservation depending on availability. ⸻ Beach access The building has direct access to the beach, located right in front of the complex. On the beach you will find sun umbrellas and beach chairs available for rent, perfect for relaxing by the sea and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the area. Other things to note Mandatory guest registration To complete the building registration, you must send us the full names and ID or passport numbers of all guests at least 48 hours before arrival. This registration is mandatory to authorize entry to the building. If the information is not received within the required time, the building administration may deny access to the property. In that case, it will not be possible to complete the check-in or enter the apartment, since access depends entirely on prior approval from the building administration. Once the guest list has been submitted and the registration completed, no changes or additional guests can be added during the stay. ⸻ Building access and identification wristbands At check-in, each guest will receive a personal identification wristband, which allows access to the building and its facilities. • Wristbands are personal and non-transferable • They must be worn during the entire stay • In case of loss or damage, the replacement cost must be paid by the guest The wristband has a cost of 23000 COP per person, which must be paid before check-in following the instructions that will be sent in advance. ⸻ Visitors According to the building regulations, visitors are not allowed. Only the people previously registered on the guest list will be permitted to enter the building. This rule helps guarantee the security, privacy, and tranquility of all residents. ⸻ Use of some building amenities To ensure availability and organization, some amenities require advance reservation, including: • Gym • Jacuzzis • Turkish bath (steam room) • Swimming lane Reservations are free and can be made through a link or QR code available in the building lobby. To access the reservation system, the password is usually the ID number of the first guest registered at the building reception, which may not necessarily be the same person who made the Airbnb reservation.
