This lovely 2 story home offers you the full downstairs area including two bedrooms ( one single bed and one king), kitchen, bathroom, dining, sun room, living room, deck, and yard with a fire pit. Walk to three great breakfast places! Big Bad Breakfast, Rivertown and Turbo Coffee, and several lunch and dinner venues. Florence Harbor and Marina are within a 5 min drive. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed. The space The master bedroom has ample storage. It has a king sized comfortable bed, hardwood floors and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a twin bed and shares space with the washer and dryer but don’t let that fool you. Its a very comfortable space for one person. There is a workspace in the living room . Guest access Enjoy the spacious fenced in back yard, have drinks while sitting on your private deck or enjoy the evening while watching the flickering fire from your fire pit. Other things to note The entrance to the house goes to a 3-season room. A table is located in the sun room for dining or office use.
