The space Nestled in the historic heart of Bellinzona, our DUPLEX apartment is a true gem, perfectly positioned between the imposing Castel Grande and the majestic Castel Montebello. This residence offers an exclusive retreat for up to 6 guests, combining the magic of the past with contemporary comfort in an irresistible mix of history and luxury. The experience of staying here is deeply rooted in history, with views that have enchanted generations. Modernity meets tradition in every detail: from the careful renovation that preserves the ancient charm, to the velvety comfort of the furnishings, each element has been carefully chosen to ensure an unparalleled experience. City life is enriched every Saturday with the Bellinzona market, a melting pot of Ticino flavors, colors and traditions, where fresh and quality products tell the story of the richness of the land. In February, the city is transformed into the stage of the Carnival, the most festive in the Canton of Ticino, where music, dances and confetti color the days of young and old. Inside, the apartment opens into a cozy living area with a double sofa bed in front of a Smart TV equipped with Netflix, ready for evenings of entertainment. The kitchen, a true gourmet corner, is equipped with every comfort, including a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine for aromatic awakenings, and overlooks an elegant Maison Du Monde dining table. Outside, a condominium garden accessible directly from the apartment offers a private green space for outdoor meals, evening aperitifs or simple moments of reading in the historical silence of the walls of Bellinzona. The double bedroom is a nest of tranquility, with a 5-star hotel quality bed and a desk overlooking the garden, ideal for those who want to combine relaxation and work. For families, the attentive service includes a high chair and, upon request, a cot complete with a changing table. The bathroom is an oasis of well-being with a shower, bidet, and a complete set of amenities for each guest, from a soft bathrobe to towels, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Guest access Guests can access the entire apartment and can enjoy the condominium garden for lunch and reading a book in peace. We can also arrange a taxi service for you, the rate depends on the destination and the details of the trip. If available, we can grant you a parking space at 15 CHF per day, subject to availability. Other things to note If you decide to bring pets, you must notify us in advance. An additional fee of CHF 20 per day will be applied per pet. It is important to note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation; failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of CHF 500. Please report any damage caused during your stay to us immediately. In addition, all paintings present are available for sale. We kindly ask you to maintain respectful behavior towards the house and other guests. If you break the rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the property and to charge you for any damage caused. If you notice something already damaged upon your arrival please inform us immediately to avoid misunderstandings and not to be held responsible for pre-existing damages.
