Rental unit in Philadelphia

Designed for long term stays. This new, clean, bright studio apartment on the 2nd floor is a 100% private, queen-sized bed with a kitchen and basic cooking utensils. It has a private bathroom with a shower (no tub). A smart TV (no cable), but you are welcome to sign into your own apps. The building has a shared washer and dryer on the second floor, free for our guests to use (bring your detergent). The space The kitchen has NO supplies. The bathroom has its own space (100% private, just for you). The shower is CLEAN and we provide hand soap, toilet paper, and towels only. Smoking or vaping or smoking of anything is NOT ALLOWED.
