There's a tranquil front porch entry for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets for tea or wine and snacks. Complementary linen/towel/robe change and light cleaning is included weekly if your stay is longer than 10 days. And, we do not charge any cleaning fees! >And please note - many other Santa Monica 2BR unit/condo listings typically cannot abide by our city's very strict short term rental rules. We do. Santa Monica requires that the space rented must have the resident present, in the actual residence, during the stay. That's hard to do in a 2 BR condo/apartment - so few actually comply with this. Make sure to ask before booking if you are considering others. We've wound up with many same day booking guests coming here who found themselves in a non-compliant space after arriving there! Please note we have a minimum guest rating standard when considering a guest booking. > Living/Dining Rooms are tastefully furnished with a leather couch & 2 recliner chairs in the living room, Dining table for 6, books, board games, and many other homey comforts. >Bedroom beds, King in one bedroom, Queen in the other, are sumptuous with soft luxury linens and extra pillows - there are clock radio/alarms, chargers/charging cables provided, flashlights in the nightstands and water bottles on the nightstands with chocolates on the pillows upon arrival. >The Bathroom is large with a rain shower & hand held shower head, a deep tub (with grab bars), lighted magnifying mirror, makeup towels, ample cotton bath, face & towels plus spa style waffle robes. Also provided are toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo conditioner, shower gel, sewing kit and even an eyeglass repair kit. Due to maximum number of guests permitted on premises by local law we are not precluded from doing instant book. We will be able to accept 3-4 adults and 2-3 kids as maximum, but that can vary depending of our other suite's reservation(s). Please send an inquiry and we will let you know. Guest access You will be provided personal code for easy check in, and also a key if it's needed. The entire suite is private for you use, shared with no one. The backyard, BBQ and 6 seat dining table is shared with us and the adjacent suite.
