2-room apartment completely refurbished in a residence that is well supervised by our dear neighbors, it is located on the 1st floor and is accessible with an elevator for people with children or people with mobility difficulties. It is located in a small charming neighborhood in the city center of Nice where you can find various shops, restaurants, a cinema, and a fruit and vegetable market from Tuesday to Sunday. The space the accommodation has just been completely redone, it consists of a living room with a flat screen on the wall, large window with double glazing and electric roller shutter as well as a high-speed FIBER internet connection. At the entrance you will find a large dressing room with a wardrobe to store clothes, suitcases and shoes. Then you have access to a large fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric stove, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, Britax filter jug, toaster, and all the necessary dishes to finish a standing meal and two bar stools.
