Just a few feet from shore, this private home has a kitchen, living room, and full bathroom. The kitchen has a hot plate, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. This cozy home is also equipped with a king bed. In the living room, take in the views while watching TV or sitting by the fireplace. The living room also features a pullout sofa bed. Enjoy your private BBQ for all of your outside cooking needs. Step outside and relax in the sun on the sundeck. Roast marshmallows and make memories around the fire pit. The Algonquin Restaurant is right next door. You can also visit many of the other excellent restaurants or pub-style eateries that the area has to offer. Stroll along the streets to enjoy lakeside views while checking out the charming village shops! If you like adventure, this lakefront home is minutes from numerous hiking trails, horseback riding, biking, whitewater rafting, and parasailing. If you love golf, there are plenty of scenic golf courses in and around Lake George for you to choose from. There are also Jet Skis and a ski school/ full-service marina, all within walking distance. This home is pet-friendly (up to 40 lbs). Bring along your four-legged friend. An additional pet fee per dog will apply. You must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card, dogs only. Dock space is available if you rent a boat from Chic’s Marina. Please Contact Chic’s Marina to check availability. There are public beaches very close in both directions, and the town of Bolton is only about a mile from shops, restaurants, and events. ***Once your booking is confirmed, we will ask for your email and then send you via email the rental agreement that needs to be electronically signed*** Must be 28 or older to book. This has to be done in order for you to receive check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in, which is 4 pm.
