The space The place is just 5-7 minutes’ walk to Howick village and close to cafes, shops and public transport. The place is suitable for an individual. The room has a king single bed and reasonable size wardrobe available for guests to use. Please note the room is only for 1 person. Private Bathroom. Can add a small folding bed for the second guest for extra $10. Bed linen, towels, shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, Hair Dryer are provided. There are ample of parking space in front of the house. Guest access kindly note we don't allow massive cooking but you can definitely use kitchen to prepare a small meal, dine and heating foods using microwave . You can also use hot water kettle and toaster for making coffee or toast. You are welcome to use cutleries and plates for dine in as well. You can use tea, coffee, sugar, milk in the kitchen If you want to use the fridge we can arrange it. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST If you loose the main door key given to you, we will charge you $15 for that. You are welcome to access the backyard / deck and the dinning area (just for dinning) however we prefer if you do not access the living area much as that is for family use. NO SMOKING in the house please. Other things to note We do not allow to use the washing machine. There is a nearby Laundromat for personal washing. Check in at 2.00 pm Check out at 10.00 am
