The guests can enjoy the 7000 m2 plot of the finca with lots of palms, flowers and gardens with fruit trees (orange, mango, avocado). The finca is very private and let the guests enjoy calmness and tranquility. At the finca there are 2 completely separate and independent houses each one with its own kitchen and living room and it would be perfect for the stay of the 2 families. In the middle of the territory of the finca there is a closed bar area with sea views and a summer kitchen with BBQ. The space The main house sleeps 6 people with three bedrooms (one en-suite) and one house bathroom. There are two very large lounges and a dining area, there is also a kitchen and a separate utility. All areas of the finca including the bar and both properties have WIFI in place. There are also smart flat screen tv’s set up in all main rooms. Games have been left along with books to swap to support an enjoyable stay. The second property offers two double bedrooms, house bathroom and a large lounge and dining area with a separate kitchen. Guest access The territory of the house has a WiFi connection. The finca also has a heated pool and a security in place around the property and ample parking for 3 cars. The nearest town is 4 minutes drive away and beach El Poris in 10 minutes drive away. There are many hiking trails and popular cycle rides around the area. Popular family parks, food and shopping is a short drive away. Other things to note The finca is situated in a remote location so renting a car is advisable. Late check-in (after 20:00) has an extra fee of 50€.
