There is a front porch deck to unwind on and soak in the sunsets along with a fire pit, hammock, grill and outdoor dining area, shared pool and hot tub. The space These rates are INCLUDED at our 1,200 acre family owned ranch, fishing, hiking, ATV trails, pool/hot tub use, archery, ax throwing, games, and more! We do provide some fishing gear but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Personal ATV and UTV's are welcomed. Additional activities are available to purchase such as ATV/UTV rentals, gun rentals, clay shooting, horseback riding and more. We are continually adding more stays and experiences so stay tuned! Airstreams have air conditioning and heat. Although this Airstream does have a full bathroom, the toilet and shower area are small. Please take this into consideration before booking, thank you! They also have small tanks so although you can have a hot shower, it cannot be a long one. Guest access There is a gate code at the main entrance but you will be given the code just before your stay. Parking is easy, we will have signs to point you in the right direction. We do have UTVs and ATVs that are available for an additional rental fee to drive around the trails. These will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. We do allow guests to bring their own ATV or UTV but the same rules apply to age limits and rules on our ranch. We do not allow UTVS with any aggressive tires or loud sound systems to be used. Dead Cat Ranch is not an ATV park and is only meant for leisure driving on the trails. Palestine has a public bus system along with taxi and car rental services. Also, there is an airport shuttle service to Palestine from the DFW or Tyler airport. Please note that we cannot always guarantee the UTV/ATV rentals. Sometimes the UTV may have mechanical issues that we need to fix or even times when they have been damaged while using them, or they may all be rented.
