This free-standing 2 bedroom home has recently been renovated. It is light filled, single level and ideal for couples or small families alike. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. Moments from Noosa Junction, where you will find many Restaurants and Cafes. A short walk to the famous Hastings Street precinct, Beach and Noosa National Park. Everything is within close proximity. The space Spacious two bedroom single level home located in perfect Noosa Heads. The home has its own front door entrance and dedicated covered carport parking space directly outside. You will find an open plan light filled living and kitchen area with high ceilings which leads out to a private area at the front. A large swimming pool is also only meters away. The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of plates, glasses, etc and includes a full size fridge and everything you need to cook. There is a large round dining table with 4 chairs. The laundry has both a full Washing machine and dryer for your own personal use. The living room has a large 65 wall mounted HD TV. The two bedrooms are spacious and both have ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a reverse cycle air conditioner.. There is a separate toilet area and a shared bathroom. There are two single beds in the second bedroom. If requested, we are happy to make this into a large king bed. We are a small pet friendly home (maximum 2 pets per reservation). Please ensure you comply with the pet rules (under house rules). The pet fee is $40 per pet per stay which will be added onto your reservation once confirmed. There is a dedicated parking space directly outside the front door entrance. There is additional free street parking outside. We provide a Nespresso Coffee machine for your use
