You're just on the outskirts of Rochester and its a short drive to any of the colleges or universities, hospitals, or even the airport! You have complete access to the home which also includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and game room! In the summer I will also bring out the deck furniture, giving you a nice peaceful sitting for your family gatherings! Guest access You'll be staying directly in the home I used to live in, with unrestricted access includeing the front porch and back yard. You'll have a keyless entry system and I'll send your personalized access code on the day of check in as soon as your space is ready! Other things to note A few things you may not like: Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, there are 13 steps to the top of the staircase and a corner near the bottom of the steps. Please see my photos for details. While the walls are insulated, please be aware that the "Lakeside Hideaway Studio" is a separate unit at the back of the house, and sound may travel between the units. As a fun fact, the street racing scene depicted in the 1979 hit song "Rev on the Red Line" by the iconic band Foreigner was based on actual street racing on Lake Avenue in Rochester. This tradition still carries on today and Lake Avenue is just a few blocks from your vacation home. You may occasionally hear cars, please be careful when crossing the street, and enjoy this unique cultural history that surrounds you during your stay. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere in our community, my space is not available for parties. Please note that noise monitoring equipment has been installed, and any loud parties will result in immediate eviction without a refund, as well as an additional $250 cleaning fee. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house, and there is a $500 odor remediation fee for any smoking-related damages. Designated smoking areas are located outside the property.
