We can't wait to host you at The Oasis at Orange Beach!" The space This Unit 1008 was re-designed to upgrade the space in the Kitchen and Master Bedroom and Bathroom. This unit includes high-end mattresses, pocket doors, and an oversized, dual-head, frameless shower in the Master Bath. We also added an extra closet in the Master Bedroom for convenience. The unit comes with 3 blow-dryers and plenty of bath towels. All bedrooms have new HDTV's. In the Kitchen we installed a larger refrigerator than other units and added beautiful glass cabinets over the bar. The Kitchen is also stocked with high-quality dinnerware, a Ninja Blender, Melitta Coffeemaker and a separate under-counter ice maker for the bar. The Queen Sofabed in the den has a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, and the den TV is a 55-inch HDTV with a sound system and Ipod plug-in. Instead of a standard dining set on the balcony, we outfitted the the balcony with an extremely comfortable sofa, cocktail table, swivel chairs and lounger. We put a lot of effort into creating an excellent renter experience; we hope you thoroughly enjoy our unit! *Please note: The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II, is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies. Other things to note On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
