A very warm welcome awaits you at our own holiday home on the luxurious El Valle Golf Resort that boasts one of the finest golf courses in the region. Furnished with everything you may need relaxing vacation, you will find a lovely centrally air-conditioned and heated penthouse apartment that boasts a large terrace with beautiful views of both the Sierra de Carrascoy mountain range , the golf course and the Mar Menor in the distance. We charge extra for the use of WiFi. The space The penthouse apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessed both by stairs and a lift. We have furnished our holiday home to a high standard. The large lounge diner will comfortable accommodate four and has a Smart TV and a digital receiver so you can watch both local and Freesat channels in addition to your own Streaming (Netflix etc) accounts. The two double bedrooms have two single beds for flexibility and built-in wardrobes. All bedding and bath towels are provided but you'll need to bring your beach towels for use by the pool. There are two terraces outside. The large one is nicely furnished with outdoor patio furniture including sun loungers and a beautiful mosaic topped dining table. It's great place to catch some sun, relax with a book or enjoy a meal and evening drinks with friends and family with some wonderful views. The smaller terrace is accessed from Bedroom 1 and is private and secluded.
