Porter Place- a seaside stay

If you are looking for a romantic get away look no further than Porter Place. Our newly renovated Granny Flat is located in Narrawallee, directly across the road from beautiful Narrawallee Beach. Yep, you can literally see the sandy track from our driveway. The space No need to look further, our newly renovated European inspired Granny Flat is ready to host you. No need to drive to the beach, as we are located directly across the road from Narrawallee Beach, a beautiful little suburb one beach down from Mollymook, it has plenty of surfing, swimming, bush walks and a even coffee cart all a very short walk from your front door. The beautiful rendered European designed granny flat is made for good times - from the deep tiled plunge bath that you won’t want to get out of, to the thoughtfully curated space, designed to make you feel like home. You can expect linen bedding, light that pours through linen curtains (please note: these are not block out blinds). We have a small kitchenette(complete with a mini bar fridge, jug, toaster and microwave) that will have tea and coffee and all the things to make a light breakfast. Prefer someone else to make your coffee for you? We also include coffee vouchers for our favourite coffee shop just a 300 meter walk up the road. We have a Samsung Frame smart TV set up with Netflix, as you sink back in the comfort of Togo sofas. While there is limited outdoor space, we are across the road from the beach, picnic tables and a park. And what could be better than watching the sun set while the Black Cockatoos feast on the costal banksias. Please keep in mind we have a strict no smoking, animals, kids or party policy. The flat is fitted with hot/cold air con as well as a 6 speed ceiling fan. Bath towels, linen robes, shampoo and conditioner is provided. Guests will also find an extensive Locals Guide inside which covers everything from surf spots, where to eat, golf recommendations and activities to make this your best getaway yet. We cannot wait to host you xo PLEASE NOTE BOOKINGS FROM DECEMBER 25TH- FEBURARY 20TH we will be dual air bnb the property so we move out and have guests stay in the main house. This means we won't be on the property or in the area to help with any extra things. Both properties are very seperate but wanted to note that. We are very respectful of our guests privacy though. Only the driveway is shared and you do have your own private courtyard and outdoor shower. We do have kids that play in the yard however we are very aware to keep noise to a minimum when we have guests. Porter Place is a one bedroom, one bathroom Granny Flat, nestled next to our floral studio (The Sisters if you want to look us up) occasionally we are doing an event so the studio may be in use and feel free to pop in to see a floral cave- the smell is something else. We have a no kids. No pets. No commercial shoots, editorial shoots or elopements with out written consent from the owner.
