Think high-speed wifi, Sonos music system, 50” 4K smart TV, and air conditioning powerful enough to heat or cool the whole apartment. There is a balcony with an outdoor setting to enjoy the morning sunshine, and the apartment complex has a security entrance and lift access to see you safely inside. In the bedroom is a queen size bed with super-comfortable Sleeping Duck mattress and luxurious 1000 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets. There is wireless phone charging on both bedside tables, and a large built-in wardrobe with full length mirror doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware, utensils and appliances you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. Four burner gas stove, full-size oven, microwave, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, pots and pans, toaster, kettle and coffee plunger are all included, and a selection of cooking basics are provided to get you started. Tea, coffee and sugar are on hand, and any other supplies you might need are only 100m away at the local supermarket. A small dishwasher will help you clean up, or you can leave the cooking and cleaning to the professionals and take a short stroll to Clarendon Street or the South Melbourne Market where there are hundreds of excellent food options to choose from! In the bathroom you will find luxurious Sheridan towels, and a modern washing machine and dryer to ensure you always have a fresh outfit ready. The Location: The apartment is perfectly located just off Clarendon St, where you can find an endless variety of cafes, restaurants, boutique food & wine stores, op shops, specialty retail stores and more. There are multiple tram routes close by, and you're only a few minutes from the city’s main transport hub, Southern Cross Station. A short walk to Albert Park lake, and easy access to many sporting and event venues including the MCG, Marvel Stadium, Lakeside Stadium, Rod Laver Arena, and the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
