The place to stay is a comfortable and safe place. 15-20 min walk from downtown. Bus terminal 5 minutes away by taxi. It has 1 queen size bed, TV, Roku, HBO, Netflix and Spotify, armchair/sofa for reading or resting, dresser for your things or work area, full and private bathroom. You'll be close to restaurants, shops, plazas, hospitals, banks, market, etc. Fast internet. The area is very safe! Public transportation 2 blocks away and access to all city routes. The space It is a small and totally private and independent apartment. Just a 15-20 minute walk from downtown and Jalatlaco, close to the bus terminal. The apartment will be for your exclusive use and the entire second floor will be the same. It is also very comfortable, with everything you need to enjoy the time you decide to spend there. You have to open the street door, walk 3 meters down a corridor and go up the stairs to the second floor and you are ready in your mini apartment. The room has a queen bed, a sofa bed, furniture with a mirror to be used as a work area or for your things, it has a portable and ceiling fan, a large window that overlooks the street so that you have light and air (in front there is a tree that gives a lot of shade), it has a coffee table that you can use to eat or for whatever you need, the TV has Roku, HBO, Netflix, Prime, Spotify, the Internet is very fast and perfect for watching movies or working. The bathroom has a shower with good water flow, there is always hot and cold water, it has a toilet and on the outside there is a sink with a mirror to comb your hair and everything else. It is located in an area where it is close to everything, when everything is everything. There are many restaurants and places to eat or drink. The Reforma neighborhood is a very safe and beautiful place, and now they have just installed the bike path, so if you like to ride a bike you can or will be on the bike path from the moment you leave the house. As a plus, next to the house there is a small shop that closes at 11 pm. Guest access You have access from the entrance door, the hallway, the stairs and the small apartment that is on the second floor. You will be alone in the apartment on the second floor as there is no other room for rent. During your stay If you need help, recommendations, or have any problems, I am willing to support you and help you to spend the time without worries. But you'll always have your privacy and space to feel comfortable and safe. Whatever you need, just ask me. Other things to note The first floor is rented, and the second floor is for your exclusive use when you rent. When you enter the accommodation you have to walk a small corridor of 2 or 3 meters and from there you go up the stairs and so you are already in your accommodation. There may be some noise at times, either from cars on the street and sometimes a little noise from businesses around the area. The entrance light works with a sensor so you don't need to turn it on or off. There is a place to park, it is free but sometimes it is occupied, if it is unoccupied you can use it without problems. If you support us by taking care of the water (not forgetting to close the water faucets), and turning off the light and fans when you are not there, it would be perfect.
