Rose Cottage, garden & parking, handy for pub!

Spacious stone cottage in a typical Dales village with traditional pub. A large upstairs bathroom with bath for relaxing after walks in the beautiful local area and also a downstairs shower-room. Lovely views from each window, even the bathroom where you can watch rabbits in the next door field. The bedroom is large and sunny, overlooking the babbling brook across the road. Downstairs is a well-equipped kitchen, dining room with real-flame gas fire and a 'barn-style' lounge with sofabed. The space The main living area is a beautiful barn-style conversion, raised slightly above the road and giving lovely views. I placed a sofa-bed in here so my guests can enjoy this lovely room as a sitting area during the day. There is a lovely little back garden, great for enjoying the evening sunsets and listening to birdsong and the baa-ing of nearby sheep. Guest access There is private off-road parking to the side of the row of cottages. If you need additional parking (2 cars) then 1 can park in the area directly in front of the cottage, or further down the hill by the church. Other things to note Dogs by pre-agreement please - max 2 small dogs or 1 medium. Due to many sheep in the immediate area, dogs must be kept on a lead and under control. There is a dog-friendly gated area in the back garden. The cottage sleeps 2 - 4.
