The space Casa Sun is a cozy studio, recently renovated, located in Nettle Bay Beach Club residence. The studio is beautifully decorated and fully equipped, it will be the perfect place to spend your next vacation on our beautiful island! The entrance has a fully equipped kitchenette ( 2 burns stove top, mini fridge, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine with complementaries coffee caps, kettle, toaster..). The living area has a comfortable queen size bed with cotton percale bed linen, a 65’’ Smart TV, a flushed-to-the-wall table with 2 chairs facing Nettle Bay beach, closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The terrace opens with an amazing view of the beach, the lounge area with 2 lounge chairs and a hanging chair is the perfect spot to enjoy your complimentary bottle of Rosé. - 2 beach chairs - Beach towels provided - cotton percale bed linen - linen bath towels - basic kitchen pantries - a complimentary bottle of rose - iron board and iron - washing machine and drying rack. Guest access The studio is on the Top floor accessible by stairs. Very private with the terrace facing the beach. Other things to note You choose to spend your vacation on our beautiful Friendly island! Water and electricity are precious resources on SXM, we sometimes may have short outages.
