This is a beach vacation home consisting of two separate houses. It is a 1-minute drive (10-minute walk) from the beach, 15-minute drive to the city center, and the house has ocean and mountain views (Wellington Hill). My guidebook has references for tours, food and aurora observations. The space 1: No. 80 (front) is 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom (can accommodate 5 people, need a single folding bed, please inform us before check-in) - Living room with electric sofa, 65 inch smart TV and sound system for viewing. - Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. - Outdoor balcony with BBQ grill and table and chairs. 2: 80A (rear) is 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (can accommodate 7 people) - The living room is equipped with a leather sofa, 65 inch smart TV and audio system for watching movies. - Functional corner with a desk and foosball table. - Fully functional kitchen and fully equipped laundry. - Outdoor BBQ grill and table and chairs. Other things to note 1. Please fill in the number of guests accurately when you book. Please inform the Host in a timely manner if the number of guests changes during the stay. 2. You can park 3 cars in the courtyard and there are multiple free parking spaces on the street. 3. Please take off your shoes after entering the house. The floor is very clean and we have also prepared clean slippers. 4.
