Fall in love with places like us ❤️ The space ★ Cozy renovated apartment in Val Claret – Mountain view ★ The apartment is located in the “Bollin” building, in the heart of the Val Claret district at an altitude of 2150 m, completely renovated in November 2022. So our listing is very recent! 🙂 Enjoy the mid-morning sun at 2:30 p.m.: in spring/summer, a little sunbathing session on the balcony, and in winter, admire the mountain while having breakfast. 🛍️ Ideal location: only 50 m from shops (supermarket, bakery, equipment rental, restaurants, bars, STGM ticket office in winter) and direct access to the slopes and chairlifts via the descent leading to the Bollin chairlift. Ski-in, ski-out possible from December to May. Ski locker included. Guest access 🚗 Parking Parking is prohibited in winter throughout the resort (except for a temporary stop to drop off your luggage at the top of the climb). You have several options: Paid covered parking (Golf parking lot) – 2 hours free, booking recommended on the Tignes website to guarantee a spot. Free in summer. We recommend bringing cotton buds for quieter nights. 🔥 Heating The collective heating switches on automatically: 14°C from October 15, then 19°C from December 15. An oil bath heater is available in the apartment for your comfort. Please turn it off during your absences to limit electricity consumption.
