The Pad Amante is a private 5 bedroom villa with pool and spacious backyard located near Porac and Angeles City, Pampanga. 4 bedrooms are located inside while 1 bedroom is located outside near pool area. Please be advised we have CCTVs on entrance, living room and pool area only. The space This spacious villa has been designed with transitional home decor. It has a spacious pool area with fountain and backyard. Description: Total Lot Area: 2,000 sqm Ideal sleeping capacity: 20 pax. 30 pax are allowed but guest should organize their own sleeping arrangement on the bed provided. Amenities -Private Pool (12mx5m, 2-5 ft deep) and Jacuzzi (not heated, 2x2m, 2 ft). -5 air-conditioned rooms (3 inside, 1 outside extension). Here are the bed arrangements: Room 1 (Master's Bedroom) has 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed with walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with bath tub. Room 2 has 1 queen size bed Room 3 has 1 queen size bed. Room 4 has 1 single size bunk bed Room 5 has 2 double size bed (located outside) We have 4 single and 2 double extra mattresses. - 6 comfort rooms with 1 bathtub. -Living Room and Dining Area are air-conditioned. Living Room style couch is lazy sofa. Please do not sit here with wet clothes. Living Room has 52 inch Smart TV with Netflix -Kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser, medium pot and pan, chopping board. Bring your own knife. Dinner wares like plates, glass, spoon and fork are good for 5-6 guest only. Bring your own dinnerwares. -Secured parking for 6-8 cars depending on car size. -WiFi 100 Mbps by Converge. -Swimming area has sunbathing chairs and couches with TV for videoke. Youtube videoke only. -Caretakers lives within the premises and has their own staff house near the pool area (not inside the house). Guest access Guest can access most of the place except for the caretaker's room and swimming pool machine room. Other things to note Check in time: 3:00 pm Check out time: 12:00 nn Kindly ask The Pad Management if early check-in and late check-out is available for your booking date. 1,000 per hour for early check-in and late check-out. Rebooking must be advised 10 days before check-in date. P 5,000 refundable security deposit is required in case of damages. Caretakers will meet you at The Pad Amante Compound. Secured parking for 6-8 cars. Gate closes at 10pm for security reason, kindly inform the caretaker ahead of time if you will go outside beyond 10 pm. No pets allowed Only 8 towels will be provided. Only 5 blankets will be provided in total Available kitchen appliances: rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, water dispenser and griller (bring your own charcoal). Free 2 blue round container of drinking water. There are no stores within the vicinity. Kindly buy your essentials ahead. Double sided tape on the walls are not allowed. Party decorations are allowed, kindly bring them home with you. Fail to bring the party decorations and evidence of double sided tape will forfeit the security deposit. House Rules: - Wear a facemask when traveling. - No smoking inside the house. (Penalty of P 2,000) - Damages to the property (linens/losses/breakages) will be charged accordingly to the guest. - Lost key will be charged. (P1,000 pesos) - The management will have no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss due to any cause. - For safety, bring your kitchen wares and dinnerware. - Kindly wash the kitchen wares after use. - No sitting on the sofa with wet clothes. - Do not use the premises for illegal activity. - Do not bring home any plants or flower pots. - Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to or eject from the resort premises, any person failing to comply with the rules and regulations of the resort. - Security deposit will be forfeited if: a. the guest left the house in total mess that is impossible to clean in 3 hours time. b. vomit, trash or food floating on the pool. c. double sided tape or food on walls or any chipping of wall paints. Pool House Rules: - No lifeguard on duty. Parents should be responsible for the safety of their children. - No diving, running, pushing or other dangerous horseplay - No person having an obvious disease, communicable disease, skin eruption, cut, sore or lesion, eye, ear, nose or throat infection is permitted to use the pool, - As much as possible, use proper swimwear.
