Up to 3 cars can be parked comfortably on the property in the enclosed area. The accommodation has a total of 3 bedrooms, which are furnished with French double beds. Two of these are on the first floor and one on the ground floor, which is directly connected to a modern bathroom with a comfortable shower and sanitary facilities. On the first floor there is a large bathroom with a shower/bathtub for the two bedrooms. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom on the ground floor. There is another bathroom with a shower on the ground floor, which can be used as a shower after the beach. There are also two sofa beds, with the sofa bed on the first floor comfortably accommodating one adult and the sofa bed on the ground floor comfortably accommodating two adults. There is a fully equipped kitchen on both the first floor and the ground floor. On the ground floor, the kitchen is separated from the living room by a high dyke and offers direct access to the large terrace, which is flooded by the morning sun in fine weather, making it ideal for a French breakfast. All bedrooms and the living rooms are air-conditioned. The bathrooms all have windows to be ventilated to the outside. The outdoor areas consist of a large driveway separated from the quiet private road by a large gate, a large terrace directly connected to the lower kitchen, the large sun terrace with the large pool and the pool bar. A total of six sun loungers, a bamboo lounge and a relaxing sofa with canopy are available here. In the entrance area, a large oak tree provides natural shade for a relaxation area with sun loungers. There are washing lines next to the house for drying clothes. A whirlpool is available and can be booked on separate request and at a separate cleaning charge. It is explicitly not included in the basic holiday price! The pool is not locked and can be illuminated in the evening on request until 0.30 am. A battery-operated pool alarm system is mandatory. The pool can be used at any time. The pool is approx. 1.80 metres deep at its deepest point. The dimensions of the pool are 11x5 metres. The pool bar is equipped with a fridge and a freezer compartment. The property is largely not visible from the outside, so that privacy is rarely guaranteed. The pool is cleaned on Saturday mornings and the gardener is on the property. Guest access The house is currently only being offered in its entirety on both floors together. Guests have complete freedom of movement and use of the property with the exception of the tool shed and pool equipment. Access is via the large front gate which can be opened with a code. The key to the house is given to the tenants via a key box. This allows arrival and departure at any time. The entrance gate closes electrically. The process can be stopped by interrupting the light barrier. When entering or leaving by car, it is recommended that a person interrupts the light barrier at the entrance until the car has entered or left.
