*** Beach House Oasis - Location, Location! ***

My home is directly opposite the Maroochy river (with a cute little river beach), close to the beautiful peaceful Cotton Tree beach, the 50m public pool, local cafes, parks, Maroochydore beach + Ocean St (the precinct for restaurants, bars, Woolworths, Post Office). You'll be close to everything you need, as well as a quick 8 min walk to Sunshine Plaza (the largest shopping centre on the Sunshine Coast), a 10 min drive to Mooloolaba + just 8 minutes to the airport. Very central to everything :-) The space You’ll love my place because of the great location! It's spacious and built for entertaining, but feels very homely. Relax by the huge pool, or rest in the outdoor lounge area. There are also 2 internal living / lounge areas (one upstairs, one downstairs), so you can really enjoy your own space. You will have your own King size, super comfy bed, with luxe bed linen, A/C (in the main guest room) and your own private toilet and separate main bathroom with large bath tub. *** I also have a second (King) room, that could sleep another 2ppl... please contact me before booking if you would like the extra room, so we can work out pricing, if I'm able to accommodate the extra guests :-) *** Guest bedrooms and one lounge area are located upstairs, with the main living, large dining and kitchen areas all downstairs. I have everything you need to be really comfortable here, including free wifi, Foxtel/Netflix (cable), a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and off street security parking. The place is clean and nicely furnished. I have a loving, older, well behaved, friendly Groodle (Lucky) and a younger loving energetic rescue dog (Grady), so you must be ok with pets around to give you lots of cuddles. They have loads of great guest reviews too :-) My place is perfect for travellers, business people, but is not really set up for toddlers under the age of 2. Happy to discuss though and I have made some exceptions. (PLEASE NOTE, THE STANDARD NIGHTLY RATE IS FOR 1 ROOM ONLY i.e. 1-2 ADULTS). Air BnB doesn't give me ability to change it for the additional room, so that must be done on a per booking basis. *** Please check with me first before booking :-) *** I'm a very friendly, laid back, easy going person too, have been a super host numerous times when active on Air BnB and have excellent guest reviews / feedback ... I'm very respectful of other people's privacy and space :-) Guest access You'll have access to all areas of the house and can treat it like it's your home. I'm also happy to store your luggage safely after check out, if you need to leave it somewhere for the day and I can be completely flexible with check out time. During your stay I'm more than happy to help guide you with local 'tips and tricks' of what are the best things to see and do around here, where the good coffee and food is located, the best bars, great coastal walks and how to get around the Sunshine Coast, public transport etc. I'll not be in your way, but will be here to help make your stay enjoyable and I'll respect your privacy and space and interact as much, or as little, as you are comfortable with :-)
