This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a king bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden The space the condo is over 700 square feet and has a high ceiling In the large bedroom, a NEW king bed with a new mattress, a large desk, a dressing In the kitchen : fridge, combined oven and microwave, coffee machine , toaster, food processor. Pool table in the living room, HD TV (large screen TV), blu ray player (some movies available) Guest access You can arrive anytime after the check in time The pathway has light detector and the staircase a switch off/on for the light ( don t forget to switch off) when you turn right to accesss the back of the garage, there is a step The access is by a regular circular staircase. See the photo to be sure the staircase won't be challenging . no access in the garden authorized - Other things to note We provide 2 chairs for the beach , a beach umbrella and beach towels We do sanitize handles, remote control, light switch... at each cleaning There is no recycling bin in the kitchen but we invite you to recycle cans and plastic bottles in our large blue recycling can located on the side of the condo Rules : no smoking condo no pet allowed no fruit or flowers picking no parties (we don t allow more than 2 people in the condo)
