Welcome to our peaceful in law suite w private entrance & private fenced dog yard. In law suite 1 king, 1 queen Murphy bed, 1 sofa bed, kitchenette, full fridge, living area, tub shower combo and toilet separate bath from bathroom sink, private fenced yard & grill. Max 3 to 4 guests comfortably. Close to San Diego Country Estates Pool, Golf, Tennis & PB Courts. Orchard & beautiful upper and lower six acre fenced yards, available upon request for dogs. 2 night minimum please. The space The in-law suite is situated on the far side half of our ranch style home with a peaceful view of the local rock formations and hills. The tranquil property is set on 12 acres of open space with beautiful trees, orchard, gardens and four dogs. Fully fenced areas for your dog(s). We have four dogs who keep the property safe and have access to the front upper main yard. Our 12 acres beyond the in-law suite are private. We will entertain request for access at agreed times, for dog exercise. Miles of hiking and bike trails so close. Guest access Private in-law suite and fenced in yard are dedicated to guests. Access to 2 other 6 acre lots for fenced dog play however please inquire with us before entering with your dogs. We will put our 4 in house first. Plenty of parking in private driveway w canopy. Do not visit neighbors property please. Other things to note Please note we ask for a minimum 2 night stay. Our orchard is seasonal harvest. Delicious citrus, stone fruit, pears, pomegranates, offered to guests. We have a Pyrenees and with that comes barking to keep coyotes off property. No homes behind us just beautiful hillside. Dogs are in at night. If you would like to explore the orchard and pick fruit you are welcome if we know when please. The guest dogs can join you in upper six acres as long as we work out when that happens. Our 3 young dogs are rowdy wrestling husky or husky mixes. If you bring your dogs we ask you don’t leave them alone in the in law suite for any length of time. Traveling dogs have been known to chew or couch surf when left alone. The yard of the in law suite has shade the dogs could be there a few hours alone and we would be happy to check in on them if needed. The Ramona San Diego Country Estates is five minutes away. Trails all over for hikes and mountain biking. There is a large lovely public pool for lap swimming and jacuzzi close to house. Summer it’s early morning late night only. Winter any time. The home has been extensively updated and the unit has central heat and AC with easy to use controls. We ask you go easy on the AC or heat and turn off if gone long periods. If there is anything you need, not in the space, please ask, likely we can accommodate. We want your stay to be relaxing and most important, we want you happy, comfortable and eager to return, if back in Ramona!
