Enjoy brand new stainless steel appliances and lots of fun kitchen tools including an air fryer, Vitamix, and rice cooker. We’ve included a full set of outdoor dinnerware, drinkware, and an ice bucket to enjoy by the pool. The living room couch is big enough to fit your party of 8 for games or movie night! OUTDOOR SPACE Enjoy the unique wrap-around patio, Spanish hacienda-style pillars, and an incredible resort-style pool with waterfall features. Some of our favorite backyard activities include relaxing on the daybed, enjoying unblocked sunset views of Mt. San Jacinto with a glass of wine on the outdoor couch, and star-gazing at night from the spa. PRIMARY BEDROOM & BATHROOM This unique barn-style room is truly one of a kind. Enjoy the comfortable cal-king bed, living area, and a queen memory foam sleeper sofa. The bathroom has double sinks, walk-in double showers, and a luxurious freestanding tub. CASITA The one-bed, one-bath casita is such a fun addition to this epic property. HUE LIGHTS As the sun sets, set the vibe with fun color-changing Hue lights throughout the house and casita. More details on how to use Hue can be found in the house instruction manual. OCCUPANCY 9 guests maximum PETS Our general rule is that we do not allow dogs or pets due to allergies in our family. Please reach out if you have any additional questions. POOL & SPA The pool unfortunately does not heat due to its resort size Spa heating is allowed for 4 hours at a time No glassware by the pool. We have provided ample outdoor drinkware, please use it! No diving, no lifeguard on duty; guests assume their own risk for pool and spa use. All children must be closely supervised at all times. Pool and spa rules and safety equipment (life preserver, pole with hook) are available onsite SECURITY CAMERAS For the safety of our property, we have outdoor security cameras facing the front driveway, back driveway, and at our front doorbell. These are live recordings and we do monitor. Please message us if you have any additional questions. HOUSE RULES - No parties; violations will be notified to property manager - Quiet hours start at 10:00pm - 9 guests maximum; additional guests by approval will result in a fee. Please reach out about festival weekend exceptions. :) - No glassware by the pool. We have provided ample outdoor drinkware, please use it! - Generally we do not allow pets but can accommodate small dogs for an additional $100 fee - Indoor fireplace is not functional, do not use This house is privately owned and managed; the owners assume no liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests should be aware that the pool, spa, and surrounding patios can be dangerous.
