Cozy and Charming Hillcountry Oasis

Your weekend or even weekday away from home, that would take you into a world of bliss and calmness. Welcome to our charming 2 bed 2 bath lake view oasis, which is part of the luxurious Hollows community. Our unit has an attached garage, so easy mobility access. We are baby friendly (Pack n Play, High Chair and bath tub are provided). Pets under 30 lbs are considered with pet fee of $25. If you are pet is over 30 lbs and non-shedding, then they will be considered upon approval. The space Our two bedroom/2 bath oasis is equipped with all you need during your stay. King and Queen bed with TV in each bedroom with a pull-out queen (memory foam) sleeper sofa. New 50” Smart TV, Alexa, Cable/Super-fast Internet, DVD Player, Radio to keep you entertained. Pack-n-play, high chair and a portable bath tub for babies too. Gorgeous over sized patio comes with electric grill and outdoor dining set, lounging seating area and bistro set for two. Fully equipped Kitchen with brand new Keurig, coffee pot, pots n pans, electric water kettle, blender (to make those yummy margaritas) and spice rack. You will find a wide array of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, snacks collection in our pantry. Each bathroom is provided with 2 towel sets. In case if you need extra towels, then we have plenty in the linen closet. We've also included the beach towels, that you can take to the beach club. But please don't leave it there! Free Laundry in the unit is provided with tide pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board. Extra blankets and throws are available for you, so you can keep yourself warm while watching your favorite movies. You will find a welcome basket with flyers, information for local things to do or see, list of grocery stores near by and other related information. Guest access Each guest is given a keyless entry code for the attached garage and main door. Guests also have free access to the beach club, pool side restaurant, gym, volleyball beach, marina, smoke house and grill. Other things to note Minimum age to rent is 23 and over. Each guest will be sent a set of forms to be filled out prior to your arrival. These are a must from our association, as each guests and their family needs to registered with the POA. Failure to do so will lead to cancelation of your booking with no refunds at all. Two days before your arrival, we will send you a welcome package email, with monthly events at the Hollows, Parking Permit and the rules and regulations. If you are traveling with your pet, then please make sure to include them as companion while booking. Pets need to be walked always on leash. Pick up after them and no jumping and climbing allowed on the furniture. If extra cleaning is required due to pet stains/hair/damage, an additional cost will be sent to you upon check out.
